Welcome to the weird and wacky world of thankgoditsglutenfree. Ultimately this is a blog about my ongoing learning into how to live with coeliac disease! Although many call us ‘sufferers’, I am slowly learning that being gluten-free does not have to involve suffering. In fact, with the right guidance, being gluten-free can be delicious, fun, and down-right hilarious. This blog will (provided I stay dedicated to the cause) be full of recipes I have found that are both gluten-free and delicious, funny flashbacks of days where my gluten-freeness didn’t end so well and tips on living gluten-free.

Yours Truly,

G.E.B :)

p.s.. yep thats me with a totally GF cocktail!

  1. Yes gluten free doesn’t mean you have to suffer. Our family came to a ‘light bulb’ moment recently when our teenager coeliac was away from home for 2 nights. I asked my husband and other son, is there anything you really really miss that we should eat while Kieran is away. We realised, that we had come to accept our largely gluten free diet in support of our coeliac son and that there really wasn’t anything that we craved so much that we had to get in it while he was away.
